The Founders Circle of Carroll Hospice acknowledges individuals or organizationswho demonstrate an exceptional commitment to providing specialized care for families facing end-of-life issues. Their generosity enables us to consistently offer high quality palliative care and bereavement support inour state-of-the-art hospice facility,
the Dove House, patients’ nursing homes, assisted living facilities or private residences.

Membership
The Founders Circle is open to individuals who contribute $1,000 or more on an annual basis and organizations that contribute $2,500 or more annually to Carroll Hospice. This level of giving offers a wonderful opportunity to provide direct, compassionate end-of-life care for your fellow community members.
Donations can be made in honor of a loved one or in recognition of a special caregiver. You may also designate your gift(s) to benefit a specific hospice program or service. The possibilities are endless! Members of our staff and Board of Trustees are always available to discuss donation options with you in greater detail.
No matter which donation option you choose, know that your contribution to Carroll Hospice is essential to our growth and vitality. Without it, we would be unable to provide such comprehensive care and support to the community.

In the event that you are ever hospitalized at Carroll Hospital Center, your membership in the V.I.P. Program entitles you to:
