Compassionate support for the road ahead…

Grief is a natural reaction to the loss of a loved one. Highly personal and complex, it affects each person differently. Above all, grieving family members and friends should remember that they have a right to mourn their loved one in their own way and at their own pace. That's why Carroll Hospice offers a full range of bereavement services for all family members.

We help families to better understand and cope with their grief, while respecting their unique grieving style. For up to 13 months after the death of a Carroll Hospice patient, our experienced grief counselors and specially trained volunteers provide compassionate support to the patient’s family members and close friends at no cost.

Individual Counseling
For those who prefer one-on-one support, our chaplains and experienced bereavement counselors are available to listen and help you on your grieving journey. This service is offered free of charge to those who have lost a loved one through Carroll Hospice.
