General Donations
You may make a donation in any amount to Carroll Hospice, whether its $5, $25, $50 or more. To make a donation, please

Gallery of Honor WallJust inside the front entrance to our inpatient facility, you'll find our Carroll Hospice Gallery of Honor Wall, established to recognize those who have made cumulative cash contributions of $5,000 or more.
Donors are listed according to their respective giving category:
President's Club - $250,000 or more
1986 Society - $100,000 to $249,000
Stewards Club - $50,000 to $99,000
Guardian Club - $25,000 to $49,000
Sponsor - $10,000 - $24,999
Patron - $5,000 - $9,999
Founders Circle
The Founders Circle is a giving society open to individuals who contribute $1,000 or more and organizations that contribute $2,500 or more on an annual basis. Founder's Circle members are recognized in the Carroll Hospital Center annual report and invited to our biennial Founders Circle Dinner. Once a member's cumulative giving reaches $5,000, his or her name will be inscribed on Carroll Hospice's Gallery of Honor Wall.
Planned Giving
This type of gift includes bequests, appreciated securities, land, trusts, and gift annuities.

Memorial Gifts
Carroll Hospice friends always have the option to a gift in honor or memory of a loved one, simply by providing the requested information on our donation form. We will promptly acknowledge your gift with a letter sent to the person honored or the family of the memorialized individual. As always, the amount of your gift will remain confidential.
Named Gifts
Donors often look for ways to make a significant impact by providing a gift to name a specific area or program at Carroll Hospice. For naming opportunities available, please call 410-871-7220.
Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs to their employees. A matching gift program can double— even triple—your original donation. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. If your employer offers a matching gift program, please see your company's Human Resources Department to request a special matching gift form to submit with your donation.
