For more than 35 years, Carroll Hospice has delivered nationally recognized, compassionate care to patients and their families in our community. Now, as BridgingLife, we’ve expanded our services across the region to help guide your journey in more ways than ever before. BridgingLife serves the Greater Baltimore region, Carroll and Frederick Counties and Southern Pennsylvania.

BridgingLife is non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients needing end-of-life care, allowing them to live as fully and comfortably as possible by providing quality palliative care, pain and symptom management, and support for their families.
